It’s unnecessarily aggressive the attack on veritasium, time to stop and consider the patent veritasium has and acknowledge it’s validity.

Simply attacking one token without total totally understanding its functionality or its true purpose shows the ignorance of the SEC. Why was this particular token targeted and other more serious “offenders” - ignored? Don’t forget the power of Karma!

Your actions against Veritaseum is totally unfair. These tokens are going to be used to access the Veritaseum platform. It is not a scam on its investors.

What the SEC did was malicious prosecution of Reggie Middleton and of Veritaseum, LLC. And the SEC’s actions have caused incalculable damages and harm to Mr. Middleton, Veritaseum, LLC, and the Veri token holders. At the time of this writing, the very patents you referred to as “fraudulent” and non-existent in the grounds of your case against Mr. Middleton, have been issued to him by United States PTO. The Veri-Tokens are not, and never were ever promoted as “Securities”, as defined by US Law. And this was always made abundantly clear by Mr. Middleton. They were always simply a “utility” to offer access to products and services at discount as offered by Veritaseum, LLC in relationship to Mr. Middleton’s revolutionary and foundational technology, and intellectual property rights to the Aboriginal Defi Patent. Quite literally, “The Most Significant Asset in the Block Chain Industry”. You’ve malicious prosecuted a Black American man, who’s ideas can literally change the world, and for the better. Is that really the legacy you want to be known for, or are you willing to correct this grave injustice?
