I bought VERI in the inital offering and more through 2017. This gave me tokens a to access Veritaseum's platform. The income of selling these tokens would of course been a business income, to be employed in developing the platform. I am neither a victim of any fraud by R

As an early purchaser of VERI tokens for the explicit purpose of using them on the VERI platform, I find the SEC’s actions against Veritaseum to be entirely against the interests of the public and investors.

You are impeding innovation and protecting a failing system under the guise of protecting retail investors. End this nonsense immediately.

Bank that were fined for laundering drug money paid less penalties than this company. HSBC ring a bell?

Seems like this company paid an excessive price compared to others in the industry.

Attn: SEC The following link is for the patent for Veritaseum granted by the Japan Patent Office in late 2020. How is what the SEC considers a fraud been certified by such a reputable governmental organization? I trust you will allow me to utilize the VERI tokens as intended, i.e. to access P2P assets. I participated in some of the first testing of the software and found it revolutionary. I have an extensive background in the development and management information systems and fully recognize this systems potential. Your own organization, the SEC, will benefit as well, but you need to at a minimum release the confined VERI tokens for use in other jurisdictions granted by the patent. Here’s the link to the patent: https://www.j-platpat.inpit.go.jp/c1800/PU/JP-2017-515252/81308883D050831BC98420DEB5A159F2055246508BC9698B5EB811EA0753958E/11/en

This is a system that will make exchanges fair and a Non corrupt means of P2P exchange unlike current systems and manipulation - why would this be challenged so vigorously if it wasn't a threat to the actual fraudulent systems
