I belive in this project and have invested in veri. They have been correct from the start and this is no scam. Reggie have been clear from the start that this is software and thats correct.

This accusation is totally ungrounded. Mr.Kornblau in 2018 has been trying to clear any doubts from the SEC, but they refused to accept his collaboration. Rather, the SEC has on purpose decided to launch a last-minute accusation with the purpose of halting operations and freezing Reggie's personal assets too. This is very suspicious behaviour from the SEC.

As a holder of Veri tokens since the ICO I am outraged at the behavior of the SEC.
As someone who has been aware of and been using crytpos since 2014 I was and am fully aware that the offering by Veritaseum is NOT an investment in the conventional sense anymore than a purchase of ANY software can be considered an investment that falls under the ambit of the SEC. If Veri is so defined then as a UK citizen does this mean that the SEC will have authority over my access to other software such as Microsoft Excel which I have also purchased in order to facilitate my business but in and of it self is NOT a financial investment.
The personnel of the SEC need to reexamine their motives and intentions for their actions which are having the exact opposite of their supposed remit.
If the SEC no longer supports enterprise and free capitalism then I do hope Veritaseum will choose to bypass this out of date institution, so that I, and many others can continue to use and explore for ourselves, the many benefits offered by this new platform in another more forward looking country.
