The SEC is a FRANCHISE ENTITY of a CORPORATE "Government", a non government body. As members of a corporate body not legitimate government, you are not granted immunity from liability. YOU PERSONALLY ARE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY for your misrepresentation of the facts against Reggie Middleton and Vertasium and your efforts to commit fraud (intent to deceive) against Reggie Middleton, Vertasium, interested parties of the Vertasium token and the AMERICAN Public not to mention your interference with a legitimate business entity in its ability to contract with other business entities, ie. exchanges.
