I find the actions of the SEC in this instance highly unethical, despicable, disingenuous, and outright criminal to have entered into a supposedly "professional" relationship with Mr Reggie Middleton only to ultimately gin up false allegations and intentional dishonest language with which to describe Mr Middleton as some charlatan when the latter is attempting ONLY to protect the interests of the ordinary consumer investor with SOFTWARE, NOT an instrument of SECURITY, that ensures full integrity and the highest level of trustlessness within and throughout the various Markets and Exchanges whenever and wherever public consumers might decide to invest. Mr Middleton's Veritasseum software has contained within it, therefore, the loftiest goal of achieving consumer confidence and consumer trust, ideals which your decision against Mr Middleton would strongly suggest are unimportant.
