The platform you attack could easily become your Salvation if the old system fails to serve its customers as well as they should, ie replication of Stock Certs. , the VERI platform ensures verification & no replication is possible w/o seeing it in the blockchain. It is TRUSTLESS(no one is needed to be trusted, high security), Transparent(the transaction can be quickly viewed on the block-chain), Immutable(unchangeable, VERY Important), & Safe!
