Reggie has never advertised vertesium as a security and I willingly bought into veritasium knowing full well it is software.

Veritasium is not a security. Reggie is honorable and trustworthy.

I support the unfreezing of the Veritaseum platform. As a Vertias token holder I am fully aware that the token does not represent ownership in Veritaseum LLC but offers utility for uses on its software platform. I have followed this project for several years and have always found its founder, Reggie Middleton, to be a honest and ethical businessman.

I am a holder of Veritaseum. My opinion of what the SEC has done to Reggie and the VERI utility token is nothing short of criminal. They are intentionally trying to sabotage Veritaseum, and in doing so have damaged the financial security of the consumers they are supposed to protect.

The SEC needs to be investigated to establish their motivations for bringing dubious charges against Veritaseum and Reggie Middleton. If it is found that there is no legal precedent for their actions or if found to be frivalous in nature then I think the United States SEC needs to be investigated to establish who personally decided to bring these charges and have them stand trial in a court of law, and be held personally accountable.

Aye knowingly purchased the Veri token for access to software, financial reports and the purchase of PM’s ! This software and platform gives the everyday person a chance to trade peer to peer and set investment exposures for retirement at lower costs then using brokers at a cheaper price. There is KYC set up to counteract any money laundering or fraud. Please do the right thing !

The individuals in the SEC responsible for these decisions need to be dragged into the bright light of public scrutiny. It would be nice to see a news article explaining the issues on a much read site like ZeroHedge for example.
