The leadership has agreed to respect our vote and leave the by-laws exactly as they are. My fellow workers and I feel truly heard today after so much uncertainty. We will keep a close eye on future negotiations to ensure they continue to value our input.

The feedback I keep getting from all of you shows just how frustrated members are with the push for a re-vote. I am currently working to ensure our concerns reach the leadership despite the wall of silence we keep encountering.

No re-vote! Why even have a vote if you just ignore us when you dont like the results?
Total BS. We voted no. Respect the process.
Frustrated that we have to keep fighting for our own voice. Just listen to us.
Stop trying to ram this through. Listen to the actual workers for once.
Leave the bylaws alone. We have been working under them for years just fine.

Enough with the backroom deals. The members spoke clearly the first time around.
