Please consider the newer warm LED's and reduce the intensity. Then you can have all of the above: the savings, security and peaceful night time ambiance.

Every time I look outside at night, it makes me think of Gotham City. Ugh. Cost management needs to be balanced with other needs as well.

The LED streetlights are horrible. Glaringly bright in our windows - it feels like we live in a prison compound now.

I like to use a telescope. Now it's impossible. The lights are so bright that even a glance destroys my night vision. I used to be able to see at least a few stars from my lawn. Now I can read a book. At least the city could shield the lights so that they only shine downward. I think it is also a hazard. The lights are so bright your pupils close down. You can't see into the dark.

The recently installed new street lights in our Capitol Hill neighborhood are obscenely bright. We feel like we're now living next to a maximum security prison. Turn them down or get rid of them.

The replacement lights are VERY bright and very HOT BLUE Spectrum LED lights. LED lights are available in many color spectrums...a more golden Sunset spectrum is available. Let's preserve the beauty of our neighborhoods by demanding that a different color of LED be installed.

The new LED lights are somewhat blinding or harsh when I look out my kitchen window at night.

I came home from a trip to discover that my street was bathed in an awful eerie light that is soooo bright, I can't stand it. I would rather have no lighting than this type of lighting. That would really save $$$. Please either remove them or deactivate half of them to make your neighborhood more night friendly..

I had to paper bag my window after these lights were installed. The street looks like the inside of Walmart.

We will try and do the same here in London. Good luck to you all!

Led street lights, car and bike lights cause irreparable damage to the eyes retina. Why on earth we need car, street and bike lights brighter than a lighthouse is beyond me. It is becoming a world epidemic and must be stopped. We are all for energy efficiency but NOT at the cost of peoples sight and health. I have already had a blistered bloodshot eye from a LED light shining straight into my eye. Optometrists everywhere should be campaigning against this uneducated danger.
