The council finally approved the ramps for Seaford beach today. My body feels heavy with the fatigue of this long fight but I am relieved that families will finally have the access they need. Stay watchful while the construction begins so we ensure the work is actually finished.

Running this campaign to raise awareness and attempting to gain access ramps onto Seaford beach. This would make our beach accessible to all. Whhelchair users would be able to actually get onto the shingle and join their friends and families on our beach.

They have something very similar on the beach in Dieppe, it is such an easy solution to assist disabled people and mums with buggies to access the beach. Brilliant idea
The access would be nice because then Us grandparents can join in withthe family but until they make a ramp accessibile we can not get down or back.up because of our arthritis .
My son has cerebral palsy and cannot access beach in his wheelchair or walking frame which means his sister missing out also. Please make beach accessible and more family friendly.
I am not in a wheelchair but I still cannot access the water as the beach is too steep. I would not be able to get back up even if I did manage to down toget down it!
This would be fantastic , it would be very helpful for my daughter who struggles getting near to the sea , so would be very beneficial to her . We live in such a beautiful place , let’s make it more accessible for everyone.
I think it would be invaluable to disabled people to have safe access to Seafood beach.
I love Seaford, would love it more if I could get to the water

It is almost impossible for ablebodied people to get to the sea. It is absolutely impossible for me to get my wheelchair bound parents onto the beach let alone to the water
