I believe a student and faculty graduation would be the best option. This would give the kids one last time together since this pandemic started. It’s all about the kids!

Desperate times call for desperate measures. With safety guidelines in place, let these sweet kids have one last hurrah and remember leaving high school on a POSITIVE (but not Covid positive!) note!!! Safe doesn’t mean impossible. Let’s make it happen!

According to the mayor’s office, outdoor group activities are allowed if safe distances are followed. I hope you can figure out a way to let these kids graduate the proper way.

I personally think it is important for these students have a graduation ceremony to commemorate an important milestone in their education.

I think the kids need to gather within the rules of the State of Hawaii. They need to see eachother and say hello and connect. I strongly support finding a way to help the kids to connect in person. I will help with any preparations. Maybe the families that don't feel comfortable with attending can participate remotely and those that attend sign a waiver. We understand that we are currently allowed to gather up to 100persons. 75 students and 25 - chaperons and wait staff for a graduation party should do it!

It's all about the kids! The class of 2020 deserve a safe, in person graduation ceremony and their suggestion complies with state and county mandates. Let's do this for them!

The Seabury Hall Class of 2020 deserves to graduate together in order for them to have closure. This resilient class has certainly made enormous contributions to the community throughout the years. These amazing 75 students have bonded together through hard work, laughter, even tears, with 29 of them having begun this journey in 6th grade. To Graduate from high school with your classmates is a once in a life time experience, so Seabury Hall needs to come together to make this happen.
