Also: Eastlink's management shows a complete disregard for the best practices used globally for Customer Service & IT Service Management.

the service that is provided is not the best and it is funny how they can put high speed cable into petite Riviera and new Germany along the HWY 10 but i cant get that in New Canada just off the HWY10?

This is totally unexceptable . We pay good money for the crappy internet we have now. Most of the time we are not able to get on the internet. They should try to keep their existing customers instead of losing them.

This is not just about limiting usage to rural areas but sets the impression that people living in urban areas are more valued citizens of Nova Scotia than those living in rural areas. Please put a stop to this. This is a complete denial of access to so many Nova Scotians.

something has got to be done. There is no need for them to be charging us the amount that they are charging and not giving us the proper service.

following the expectations of 2008? You're a little late wouldn't you say? Taxpayers money should've went to someone that could deliver.. For the times we live in!

This cap is going to hurt small business. In my field of work i am required to participate in webinars and other on line training, Families are on a budget and it is unfair to put them in a position to pay more to get the same thing with out it being an improvement to their service. I feel this is nothing more than a money grab and a cop out for fixing the real problem. Scrap the cap and upgrade.

This is absolutely unacceptable to the rural community; please Eastlink do the right thing for your rural customers.

Not only should this be abolished but the rates should be looked into as Canada has some of the highest prices for packages

It's 2015. We should be able to do what everyone else on the planet does on the Internet.
