i have been an Eastlink customer since the rural broadband became available in my area, about 7 years ago. I have been waiting patiently for the service and the fees to match standard internet availability. This is a huge step back!

Typical NS monopolist trying to stifle competition instead of moving forward into the future and respecting customers. Shame on EarthLink for failing NS.

I am in an urban area and have been a loyal customer for YEARS (my first account was 2008). Despite this, UBB (usage based billing) is demonstrably unnecessary and is not used by your major competitor (Bell). I stand behind Eastlink as a company and recommend Eastlink services to everyone I speak with. Further endorsement of UBB (which holds Canada back) may force me to change by stance and my provider.

Down with prejudicial treatment! Since when are rural customers more able and/or willing to suffer these onerous policies?

I'm signing so that rural communities in Nova Scotia can stay competitive...they can't if you cap broadband services. Eastlink, please support rural communities by scraping this cap idea.

Ridiculous! This will do nothing to help with the super slow speeds.

We don't have good service now and you want to cap it?

Unacceptable, Eastlink basically blames customers for the slow speed for "using too many high bandwidth services" the cap will do nothing but line eastlinks pockets. This is 2015 we shouldn't have dialup type speeds this day in age when there is so much better out there for rural users.
