Shameful business practice -- people who choose to live outside of urban areas should not be treated as second class citizens. Your website even lists video streaming as part of the internet service you provide (but then you say your customers aren't really supposed to do that? --- am I understanding that correctly?)
"Perfect for sending/receiving emails, social media, downloading music & videos, online gaming, listening to Internet radio, streaming online videos, sharing photos, and online banking." This is copied from your website. So where does it say again that if I live in a rural area, that only some of this applies to me?

am cancelling my cable an internet from Eastlink ,think i will take the money an increase my data on my phone at least that works a decent speed and is reliable

Not only do we not need or want caps, but we would appreciate the service we were promised in the first place. We are off line way too often already, I work from home and find it frustrating to be off line for a few minutes at a time. Get real Eastlink. Start with providing reasonable service first.
