Seriously? Is it 2015 or 2003 because Eastlink seems a little confused!

Eastlink and a satelite service are available in my area but at the time in 2010 eastlink was the best choice and there was never any mention of caps and I have paid the same every month sice I hooked up. There should be no caps with the money that was put in by the gov't so all us no high speed people could have some sort of high speed. Maybe eastlink should have to pay back some of the money that was handed to them in the beginning.

For all the money people pay for your excellent services and this is what you do to us for a Thank-you gift ?

I think its wrong to charge people who pay to have this service for added fees. Like if I wanted to have a cap on my internet usage I'd have data plan on my cell phone. I am a heavy user for internet where as most of my business is promoted online. If I wanted to pay to advertise myself I'd be printing it in the paper..!

Caps hell no. Most of you are the lucky one to even have it. They can't even get me anything. We ate trying to run a business from our house and have no high speed at all. Someone had best soon do something. Paying for every second you use the Internet has become more costly than the wages we pay.

I do a lot of volunteering for the community as an MFR and fire fighter which causes me to do much on the computer. I need to order supplies send and receive reports, agendas and minutes., I am the MFR coordinator and co-chair of our organization. My husband volunteers for the harbour authority and is vice president of that which he also does a lot on the computer."All good deeds go unpunished". I will be out extra money for all this volunteer work that we do. I have a family of 4 and the children like playing games on the computer. basically your telling us the price is going up an extra $20 per month.

Eastlink's rural wireless system is a complete joke and failure. It was never worth the price as it was, so to cap usage and charge even more should be a crime.

We will be cancelling our internet with EastLink if they go through with this. It's not bad enough that they over charge but to limited customers on how they use the Internet. BS is right. We pay enough for the Internet and they have no right to put the cap on.

I steam Netflix all day. I will not pay extra for that! Scrap the cap.
