I cannot believe this is even being considered!! I have broadband only because I have no other option. As a broadband customer the internet service I'm receiving is less than desirable to begin with. There is no way I will be paying more money for internet that hardly works to begin with. I would sooner go without. I think it's a shame for people who work from home, or rely so heavily on internet that they are being forced to pay more for a service that this day in age is mediocre to say the least. If it's more money you want, upgrade your equipment and start offering us a service worth paying for!

hmmm i thinking about seeing a lawyer about this, i was not personly notified , by phone , email nor by any other source, was stated that when i signed it was unlimited access 24/7 great for video ,streaming, music.etc. i think others should do the same.., cause if so i will be cancelling anything eastlink, tv, phone, internet..i will find another provider.. power of the people we will make a stand!!!

It's bad enough I can't even get eastlink cable where I live so I just watch Netflix, now I'm being told I can't watch Netflix because that's not what rural internet is designed for? It's pretty sad when I have travelled to "poor" counties that have faster internet than rural eastlink. I hope Bell sees this as an opportunity to build more customers and they bring us rural people the modern TV and Internet services that eastlink has failed to provide for us. I feel like we are being punished for not living in an urban community. If eastlink does decide to cap our internet or make us pay more for the crappy services we are getting I will be looking into Shaw Direct Satelite Internet. What happened to the money eastlink was given from the government? I was considering switching my cell phone to eastlink but this has totally changed my mind. Until we see better internet I will no longer be an eastlink customer. My father who lives in a urban area and has TV, Internet, Cell Phone, and Home phone all through eastlink is so upset about them capping my internet that he plans to no longer support them and is switching to Bell. Eastlink I think you sh*t on your own b*lls, you will be losing many customers and your competition companies will be gaining.

the internet I bring in is not much better than dial-up was,sometimes it is slower than dial-up was. we pay good money for nothing!

We pay more then enough for the service we have... you will lose alot of business by putting a limit on our usage... mine included
