Don't single out rural users, we pay more, have no choice of providers unless we want dial up, and certainly cannot bundle for a lower price!

You pathetic excuses for a legitimate company. Shame on you for your deception and outright theft of my money for services that are half or less than what I was promised....we should sue you for failure to supply services promised, or theft. Hmmmm......

This is ridiculous!!! They need to have unlimited internet everywhere and definitely improve the services so all rural area can have high speed internet. This day and age with all the technology out there there is no reason why everyone cannot have high speed internet. !!!

In our household internet is needed for employment purposes. No Netflix, gaming or anything like that. And sometimes it all comes to a complete standstill... Not even a webpage will load. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

We need the service that we are paying for now.....rural areas are not getting that service. ...it shouldn't take 3 days to download

Please, for the sanity of everyone who relies on what is a common service practilly everywhere else, improve your service you're offering. We're not supposed to be 10 yrs behind everywhere else...

This 2015. Everyday means of normal communications depends today's technology, not the low end level of 10 years ago.

When Eastlink was awarded the installation of a wifi service by the government for our area, it was promoted, by Eastlink to be high speed & reliable. Well it isn't either of these two things. Misleading marketing & poor service is not acceptable!

We DO NOT need to lose more service. It is SLOW and crappy most of the time. If you do we will have no other choice but to go to a different provider. What about the other part of NS getting improved high speed, Are you taking away from Peter to pay Paul.

If you put a cap on my internet I will scrap it all together & have nothing ... Lucky I'm not offered other services or I'd already be gone.

The rural cap is a shameful attempt to divert attention from Eastlink's failure to provide anything approaching the speeds they promised to rural users. Rural users are not "bandwidth hogs." The have limped along for years with a fraction of the service they pay for.
