I am a small business owner and its bad enough not have a fibre op in our area but to cap our usage as well will kill our business as it is online!

It's terrible that we can't even get late 20th century internet speed in the 21st century. This is extremely limiting for our rural life and economy. Now they want to charge us more for this substandard service.

Rural Nova Scotia is already handicapped by the extremely poor Internet service being provided by Eastlink. Rather than imposing a cap, Eastlink should be upgrading every rural network to ensure that all residential/commercial areas of the province have the same level of service as the urban core. Not only is this situation unfair to rural residents, but companies in rural NS which rely on the Internet are at a serious disadvantage when attempting to compete in today's market. Improving service across the province would benefit the provincial economy as a whole. Invest in your customers!

think it is terrible took us the longest to get the services out here in Hants West and East Hants and now they want to do this . considering our options to go to anther company are pretty slim as it is.

We need to stop being penalized for living in rural areas! We deserve the same access as any other location in Nova Scotia! This is the reason the satellite/broadband internet service was introduced to rural areas in the first place. No one should dictate how we use our internet service (as long as we are using it legally).

We have had continual degradation of service. When reported always told it is your router, or it is the time of day means heavy traffic. A lot of B.S.

Where I live, Eastlink is the only option; the other 'local' provider (Bell) stops ~ 3 km before my house, and I have not heard favorable comments about Satellite internet services . I think this is horrible. Too many people (myself included) use their internet service for business - which often includes downloads, webinars, on-line conferences, professional development courses and conferences that we (most of the time) cannot participate in due to distance and time constraints.

I don't feel that there is any reason they cannot run cable here, internet isn't great I can't get any sort of bundle,my dish is a ripoff. I will let my internet go before they do this to me, then they will get nothing.

I will not stay with this company for the rural WiFi usage cap. I doesn't work half of the time. My Eastlink is always down for some reason or another. Scrap the cap!
