I have to use EastLink as they are the only provider in my area. I don't even use Netflix or go beyond the cap but i strongly disagree with it! They are only doing thus because so many people are cancelling their tv subscription because its too expensive & switching to streaming online or Netflix. Lower your tv rates instead & people will come back!

It's bad enough that we don't have access several times throughout the month, and they can't explain why - but an increase of this size, especially when they first advertised they did specify these items!

We're paying for high-speed internet and getting service that barely exceeds dial-up. This is NOT acceptable! Scrap the usage cap and focus on better, faster service, PLEASE!

Eastlink you are proving to be an epic fail. Capping internet usage, dropped long distance calls. Growing too fast does not sort itself out. You are just leaving gaps between your services and the competition

I live in Little River Harbour where we can only get wireless internet that we pay 53.99 a month and it's not any better than dial up.. I think we have to stick together to get better internet and I don't think their should be any cap for the usage.. We're paying too much now for what we have..

This is un fair! We have a home if 5 very active users, we would go through the alloted usage in no time. I think this is payback because they are loosing so many cable subscribers because of Netflix and other online streaming programs.
