This service is not even up to standards. We have a business and can't depend on it for govt. paperwork. Then we will pay more.... Not happy

My Internet has always been reliable and has been ever since I had it installed some years back. I have always enjoyed it, and felt very saddened by what I read yesterday on this subject. I have no ideal what I will do in future, as this is our only form of entertainment. I just cannot afford anything else. I certainly hope that second thought will be given to this as we so enjoy the service we have now. Thank you

Company "eastlink" says limit being imposed to weed out so-called bandwidth hogs...

We have all our TV, Internet, home phone and Wireless cell phone through Eastlink and are prepared to cut it all if the cap is not removed.

what high speed our broadband is as slow as dial up was .... shame on Eastlink for ripping off the rural users. We usually get the crappy end of most services. Even the Primer thinks this is unacceptable... WAKE UP EASTLINK AND LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS. LIVE UP TO WHAT YOU WERE PAID TO DO

Eastlink should provide the service that they have promised, which was supposed faster than dial up. Poor effort on their part!!! Now they want us to pay for their greed. The government should tax them extra and then loan them back the money to fix what they promised to do in the first place.

This is just money grubbing. I work in IT and asking for $2 a GB for an infrastructure already in place that costs fractions of pennies. Thousand + percent markup should be illegal.
