This is outrageous, how are people goung to work from home, call ctr's and banks offer employees to do this and live where they want, even move home from out west and still maintain their high paying wages that transfer to our local economies

The speed we were promised was approximately 1.5. We rarely get more than 0.6. The use of internet has evolved over the last few years and so should our services. While they were a significant improvement over dial-up 5 years ago, Eastlink towers in my area are overused, resulting in very slow download times. We are unable to benefit from Netflix here and are often, almost on a daily basis, frustrated as we cannot even download a simple you tube video. I certainly would not wish to be dependent on Eastlink for a business.... Please upgrade our service!

I will switch back to Bellaliant if Eastlink follows through with this plan. Right now, my cell, cable, home phone, and internet are all through Eastlink... they do this, and I pull ALL my business. Easy as that.

I only have cable and phone and the price is ridiculous, 144 per month. I don't want cable but I need internet & phone. Prices are way too high I will soon be looing at other options.

we are suppose to be on high speed here but when we watch the news live streaming it always get stuck in the middle. That's the only program we watch on the computer ,so it needs to improve in the rural areas if we are to survive.

If I had an alternative to Eastlink, I would really enjoy telling them where to put their Rural "Highspeed" Internet! It's a joke...I would have no problem paying more if they were investing and upgrading the infrastructure to offer their clients a better service. Lack of a decent internet service will be the death knell of rural Nova Scotia. People will have ore difficulty selling houses, no-one will want to start up businesses...doesn't take a crystal ball to see how the future will pan out unless there's some new thinking!

Eastlink sucks big time. They are too expensive, keep changing channels so we have to add our favourite ones and their internet sucks too.
