The service now is barebones. Upgrade it and take the cap off.

Have always been happy with eastlink service, but this is the most ludicrous idea! I pay approximately 170.00 a month for cable and Internet now. Would have to change back to Aliant and a satellite dish.

I don't understand why rural communities with already LIMITED data has to get a cap while city dwellers can have unlimited internet and the country doesn't even have THAT option most of the time. Where's the logic, fairness and sense?

Our Internet is OK at the Best of times. Can't get threw a movie off next flix with out it stopping. Only 2 of us home and we r not on our computer or phones. We will just cancel out internet and go with out

If you're so cheap as to gouge customers with unfair billing practices and stupid enough to hold those same customers hostage, you should be banned from doing business here and let Seaside take over.... At least they CAN make a profit at this AND still invest and improve services .... You're too incompetent and outdated or lazy to do either .....

UNFAIR BILLING practices - why aren't other provinces' rural areas billed this way, just us? Why don't you invest in your infrastructure? Why are you so incompetent?

The current canopy service in rural NS barely allows me to even get netflix to work let alone stream without stopping every few minutes to catch up. It's an extremely frustrating thing and now to add insult to injury easltink is gonna cap service? Get it together.

when we signed up for east link we did so because it was unlimited and now they are changing there minds it s not fair we should not be punished because of where we live
