As a lot of people have said Eastlink has us over a barrel as the only service provider available to us this 15Gb cap will send us back 25years Not into the forture like it should be

They are capping our services and our monthly fee doesn't go down but up , you think they would try to improve our services and make our internet faster and easier to access before raising the price, east link you're becoming like our government ; taking from those who has little & giving to those who has more - in this case yourself , you get more money and we get less service , shame on you!!!!!

This is just another way for Eastlink to squeeze an additional dollar from people living in the rural areas. I say bring in fiberoptic and even the playing field.

Although I feel confident the cap will not effect ourselves, I would very much like to have Eastlink "replaced" by a more "service-minded" provider. It was a frustrating experience for years with Eastlink when they first set out to provide service to our area. They were miserable to deal with and, in my opinion, did not live up to their contract. And now this - a CAP! We need equipment upgrades - not caps!

So many things, such as prenatal classes are only provided online now. How are people supposed to use these services if they're capping our already awful Internet?

I really think Eastlink charges us more then enough already for what they provide. Guess it's time to check out another provider if the usage cap goes into effect.

Trying to run a rural home business that depends on internet. "Leastlink", as they are known in Annapolis County, is making it challenging.
