Your efforts will get succed. During interaction with CRB All India Loco Running staff Association has submitted a representation which includes this demand during his visit to Thirvananthapuram ie. TVC division of southern Railway on 27.10.2017. CRB inspection note on his TVC visit has shown the consideration of this representation with the direction for action by PED/Safety/RBd to review the whole policy of penalty on SPAD for LP/ALP. Continues EFFORTS never fails.

TVC division of southern Railway on 27.10.2017. CRB inspection note on his TVC visit has shown the consideration of this representation with the direction for action by PED/Safety/RBd to review the whole policy of penalty on SPAD for LP/ALP. Continues EFFORTS never fails.

I want a proper Inquiry to be made before firing someone juat under one signature or political pressure. If someone is guilty he must be punished but innocent should not suffer. Also suggest union to keep the matter highlight with proper channels, go to court and get justice. All the best.
