It is the long pending issue of the Loco running staff of Indian Railways. Due to the prejudice attitude of Railway administration not implementing even after recommended by various committees constituted by Railway administration. Removal from service in SPAD cases should be abolished to ensure safe working of trains because Loco running staff are suffering from job insecurity which affects the safety.
