Even though there is no loss to railways also this rule makes a heavy loss to employee no such rule is applicable to any of the cadre in Central government service to the best of my knowledge

It is an experience of my 30 years service that maximum number of ' SPAD cases are not thoroughly, technically, scientifically investigated either for want of time, or for covering administrative procedural or system lapses, or loco inspectors, safety inspectors and all department inspector either not fully equipped with technical knowledge or investigate the cases under the directives of officer. And every officer is more interested to hide their department's fault & safe their own department. As such no impartial and justified inquiry conducted. This results to Injustice with the loco crew. And hence removal from service is not justified punishment but against the law of natural justice. Removal of service not only a rigorous punishment to an employee but to his whole family. As such I am requesting to the Apex judiciary, to the Government of India to take an appropriate step to stop this existing punishment of removal from service in SPAD case.

Working conditions should be improved. Providing good quality of rest, food, and water.timely leave.sharing responsiblties during train operations such as sm, txr,Gaurd, tte, rpf for the shared responsibilities.
