Get off her back you have no business bullying people around . Suggest to her that her dog may need to lose some weight and should consider some options for her .

This is a happy healthy dog; not under nourished and not a dog that has to starve and stay outside tied up with no affection; no reason to take this dog from its loving owner!!

This is unreal!! I understand in situations where an animal is out all day long with no water, shelter etc. But this is going WAY TOO FAR!!! If only the system worked this well for children who actually need nosey neighbours to watch out for them.

This is definitely not right. A happy pup should never be put down.

Unfair to put a dog down that is loved so much and taken good care of . Just because overweight I say unfair to the poor dog and family that this is even going this far

If Animal Control is so 'concerned' with this dog's well-being, rather than force the owner to pay for a vet visit or surrender & euthanize (ridiculous & extremely cruel alternative!!!)- Animal Control is demanding the vet visit therefore, they should pay for it in this case, because it totally unnecessary!! Being overweight is not a problem if the animal is still able to walk, run, move, play, etc. and, is otherwise healthy & happy and, that can be easily observed by anyone- no vet visit required!! Animal Control should NOT be investigating a happy 11 year old dog that's been chubby since a pup- she is clearly well fed & presents no clear/serious health issues (appetite, mobility, bowel movements & energy/mood are all intact/normal) therefore, there is no justification for a forced vet visit & certainly no justification for forced euthanization for refusing a forced, unneeded & costly vet visit...that is animal cruelty!!
Your neighbor is a beotch
This is insane
