I did see the plat map I did not see that they were planning to do two stories are you sure about that there are no two stories for several miles and we should not allow that

Let's maintain open spaces and one story housing so everyone can enjoy the spectacular views we have and the animals can still live here (they were here first)

Opposed. Planning is too dense for the area. Not in line with the existing homes . Would lower home values and bring in too much unneeded traffic

The plan for this development looks like a ghetto and is entirely out of place and character for Scottsdale and ill suited to the planned location specifically. Anyone who would propose such a development and any elected representative of the residents of Scottsdale who might approve such a rape of the environment should be banished from our city.

The proposed development is not in keeping with surrounding Scottsdale neighborhoods. The residential density proposed will negatively impact this part of Scottsdale. I am opposed to the zoning change request.
