As a 21 yr. resident of Scottsdale, I find this proposal a travesty. I recognize that there is no way to totally stop development in the north Scottsdale corridor, but can't imagine one good reason to change zoning to allow greater density other than more money to the developer/builder. Pls. keep our land at the least density possible.

I oppose the planned 78 multi unit residential development at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Dove Valley Road. I believe the number of dwelling units per acre, 5.6, is too dense and out of character in comparison to the existing neighborhoods, and that the proposed development does not meet the goals of the General Plan.
