Prefer to have single family home development or patio home development like the legends at dreamy draw in phoenix or similar type of small close separate housing units.

It is not right too over crow our neighborhood ,we need to preserve the wildlife . The main reason we live here is to enjoy AZ desert . Developer should not be allow to build this kind of construction ,
