I oppose the construction of the proposed 78 multi unit housing development on the East side of Scottsdale Rd. at Dove Valley Road. Certainly you can find less expensive land and build this project in an area more suited to affordable housing. This far North Scottsdale location is not the right location for what you want to do. We homeowners do not want the added traffic entering and leavind Scottsdale Road all times of day and night. You need to listen to what the neighbors want and that isn't a densly populated development full of lower income renters or homeowners who do not fit into the lifestyle and profile of the surrounding neighborhoods.

We don't want anything built up here that does not fit the general plan. High density housing is not a good fit for N. Scottsdale and the Sonoran Desert that is so much a part of the lifestyle up here.

I oppose the planned 78 unit development as it is not consistent with the wishes of the local community. High density housing (Affordable Housing) should be located to job and public transportation related communities. Neither criteria applies at this location.
