SCOTTSDALE HEIGHTS OPPOSITION FROM TERRAVITA

Building on more desert land is a terrible thing to do to our wildlife that is already being pushed out so that greedy investors continue to build to make money off the what is left of the natural habitat and any further building is just an eyesore. The desert is meant to be preserved as much as possible so that the wildlife that was here first can continue to live and survive . Scottsdale does not need more homes or commerical properties .

I totally with this statement.. Way too much additional traffic.

It does not conform to the building landscape in the area.

We don't need anymore high density projects in this area adding to more traffic.

I oppose this project as it will deter from the natural beautiful environment surrounding our community and may lead to decreased values of our properties.

The proposed building of multi unit housing, such as apartments and condos in this location is not in alignment with the surrounding developments. In addition, views will be obstructed, open land lost and we will experience the burden of increased traffic. I am also concerned as to what this type of housing will do to our home values. Please keep the land open and not change the zoning. Thank you..

I object to rezoning to allow a high density development that is not keeping with the surrounding communities. .

EXISTING ZONING MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD...

I am against the development as planned. This will create a difficult situation along Dove Valley and Scottsdale Road, which is how I enter and exit Terravita.

I would prefer a complex that is more in line with what is in this area. This high density development is not a fit for up here.

We oppose the request to change the zoning to build Scottsdale Heights project. It doesn't fit the character of our neighborhood.

I am opposed to high density rezoning. We purchased in Terravita as the surrounding area was zoned low density.

I am opposed to this project ! The Terravita community is in a low density area in what is left of the desert and I want to keep it that way.!

I am opposed to the change in zoning. The higher density of residential units will have a negative impact on traffic and road congestion.

This proposed development is totally out of keeping with the surrounding subdivisions. As a former real estate broker of many decades, I oppose this proposal not only from a real estate perspective, but also as a property owner in Terravita. I will be retiring soon and moving into my TV home. This high density development will ruin the rural feel of the area. Belongs in central Scottsdale, not in prime outlying low density areas.
