This project does not reflect the beauty of the Sonoran Desert we live in. We all moved to this area to enjoy a well planned environment and rewarding outdoor lifestyle. Clearly this proposed high density development does not fit that area. The developers need to think community first and be open to the people 's inputs expressed in this petition. The impact of this project is out of balance with the North Scottsdale Desert Scenic Drive. The traffic problems at the intersection of Dove Valley & Scottsdale Rd. alone make this increased density a huge safety issue.
Please rethink this land development and use common sense. A quote fits this proposed project " less is more".

In additional to the issues of dwellings per unit per acre, there will be a huge increase in traffic at this intersection and potential for multiple accidents. This problem already exists with the Winfield residents turning left onto Scottsdale Rd. Elevation of the proposed property will also be objectionable.
