Parcels are zoned for a reason and changing this one to accommodate a multifamily project would be detrimental to our safety and lifestyle we have out in this neighborhood.

This community is totally overbuilt for its surrounding neighborhoods. These are apartments, not single family homes. I strongly oppose the zone change. The zones are there for a purpose to keep the consistent.

The last thing we need is more density in this north Scottsdale corridor. Building apartments with dumpsters is totally unacceptable along with the density that will cause more congestion. How would the developers like to live there??

We moved to Teraavita 20 years ago and love the peace and quiet. A majority of our residence are now seniors like ourselves and do not want to fight a lot a traffic and conjestion in our senior years or even spoil the looks of the entire neighborhood

The concentration of people would change the overall look and feel of this North Scottsdale community. The addition of another light at Dove Valley would create additional inconvenience to current residents and could prove to be a danger with two major intersections into the Summit Shopping Center.

That many units using the Dove Valley Road Exit would require the installation of another traffic light.
