SCOTTSDALE HEIGHTS OPPOSITION FROM TERRAVITA

This needs to be addressed immediately.

Future development should have to abide with existing density

I am against the density and the traffic problem that would exist at the Dove Valley exit.

The density of dwelling units/acre is far to large for the area considering the density levels of surrounding communities.

Far too much potential congestion.

I am in opposition to this development in my neighborhood

The number of dwelling units per acre is out is too high for this area.

No more building on Scottsdale Rd!!!!!!

More in keeping with urban areas. Too dense which causes problems. Aesthetically, with signs, will look like garbage.

I oppose this project due density and the increase of traffic at Dove Valley & Scottsdale Road intersection as it is currently congested enough with Scottsdale Road being the main North/South roadway. I have personally had many near accidents due to cars trying to enter southbound traffic by coming into the turning lane to enter Terravita Dove Valley Gate. Scary situation and it will only get worse unless a traffic light is put in with the project.

Apartments bring problems to some neighborhoods. People already use Terravita when they don't reside here. Where will the water come from when we have built on every square inch of Scottsdale. People moved here to this area because they wanted space around them. Open land. The traffic on Scottsdale road has become a challenge. The Summit shopping center has many problems and this area is opposed to any large signs for that area. Where is our vote and our voice to be heard?

Out of keeping with the character of current residential options. Will harm the tranquility of the neighborhood and threaten current home values

Do not want this up in North Scottsdale.

This will not be good for Terravita. Too much traffic, noise and growth.

I am opposed changin the zoning for this project.

Extremely opposed to this high density development.

Please reconsider the plans to build Scottsdale Heights. The infrastructure will not support higher density housing without impacting the current resident and schools.

I am against the proposed development due to the high density of units and the building heights being higher than all the neighboring developments.

I am opposed to this development based on the density. It does not conform with other development in the area.
