It's about time we started focusing on science. The reality of climate change and it's environmental impact, and that sex is binary and immutable

I cannot vote for any party which does not protect biological women's safe spaces and gender equality which is rendered meaningless if biological men can self-identify as women. I do not agree that people born with xy chromosomes should be allowed to compete in female sports

Please sue the SGP, they pointed the finger of bigotry at you but were pointing three back at themselves. It should not be tolerated.

100% agree with this declaration. In addition I'd like to express my sadness that I feel I can't vote green any more until this ridiculous gender ideology is u-turned. It's not inclusive, it's not fair and it's not in the interests of sustainability.

Disgusted that signature of a support of a basic human right would result in expulsion from a party that claims to put people and planet first

I am an 80 year old feminist and agree with your views. Women need freedom of speech and freedom from bullying in whichever party they belong to.

Sex based rights are essential for protections for women and children.

SGP trans policy was pushed through as an emergency motion without notice or consultation with the wider membership. Part of the hijack by a fanatical lobby group bordering on a cult.

I'm a former SGP member, I left before its deep dive into postmodernism after feeling my contributions as a green woman were not welcome. I came across a number of misogynous men on their facebook group so in a sense what has happened to the party hasn't surprised me. I live in the highlands and islands region and I've never felt so disenfranchised from the issues I care deeply about and have worked in.

I left the Scottish Greens because of this very issue. I wrote to them at the time to explain why. I never got a reply.

Glad women are talking about this important issue rather than being sidelined or bullied into silence.
