We need animal rescue shelters to be legal, registered and monitor. No more animal abuse what happened at that Ayrshire "rescue" was heartbreaking !

The photo of poor Ozzy will haunt me forever. These poor dogs have no voice we have to speak for them to protect them. Rescue's must be closely monitored so this can never happen again. RIP darling Ozzy x
