Put the owners behind bars not the poor defensive dogs. Give these pets a chance , they don't trust people that are rescuing them because they will think they are the same as the workers/caters ( if you can call them that as that's a name you have to earn ) . Stop this cruelty

Totally disgusted at what's gone on at Ark, every staff member should be prosecuted, and SPCA should hang their heads in shame, how could they not have seen what was evident on their inspections. What a vile world we live in.

More regulation is required as well as harsher punishments to deter people from inflicting cruelty to animals
