I'm shocked, angry and sad that this was allowed to happen. These poor animals were put there to be looked, not left to die the way they were. I'd do the same to them. Lock them up, don't feed them, hit them, kick them and let them die in their own mess because theses lovely animals didn't have a choice. These greedy bastards were only out for money. I strongly think there should be more stricter guidelines and more inspections carried out.

I think all animal shelters should be regulated it is a disgrace how that shelter was aloud to keep animals

All animals deserve better treatment than this.

Registration, regulation and monitoring should be mandatory for anyone involved in animal welfare.
