As a dog owner this breaks my heart to think of the awful conditions some dogs endure.
Good for the Scottish sun any changes will only be a benefit and a good thing. Long overdue.

I am a dog owner and hate to think this could happen. Licencing should apply to both dog owners , kennels and shelters.

Far too many scrupulous and unregulated breeders w e bought a beautiful golden lab who it turned out come from a puppy farm but sold from someone's home and has nothing but joint problems from a puppy due to bad breeding
