Use the Boogaloo in the park when I was a kid in the 70s with the rest of the Samoans like Jack and Charlie. I was that little filipino kid from Frisco, who visited his grandma every summer.

I truly believe that this man, James Foisia, deserves to have Scott Park renamed after him. He was a pillar in the community and devoted his life to the City of Carson.
