James was a leader and exemplary role model for all the children who participated at Scott Park. He is more than deserving of naming the park for sewrvice to the Carson community.

James was such a good man! I will always be grateful to Jack London for introducing me to all of the Foisia family. I remember spending lots of time with Jack, James, Harry as Jack lived right next to them. I also worked for the City of Carson Parks & Rec. at Scott Park for about a year. I lived right across the street from the park so it was like my second home and I would see James and all the great things he did for the park and everyone who spent time there. Naming the park after him would be testimony to his love and dedication. Very much deserved.

Big James, a role model to ALLLLL us younger Samoans. What he achieve in life & how he led us. Just like a big uso. James gave me a chance to coach some young ones in football & basketball.... W-O-W! Had a blast :) For me, i got lucky... My family went to his Father's Church... Got that double Big James dose. Learning some football at the churchland & how to live & give with Big James at the park :)
♡RIL BIG JAMES ♡THANK YOU ♡LOVE & MISSSSS YOU ♡

James was one of the nicest and caring man. He thought me how to play basketball when I was younger. If anyone deserves recognition it's James.
