The county board finally stopped stalling and voted to bring racing back to the fairgrounds. Two hundred seventy nine of you made it impossible for them to ignore us any longer. Get your cars ready because we are heading back to the track.
We are looking to get racing back into Scott County at the Fairgrounds on a monthly or weekly basis, in Scottsburg, Indiana. This is more for use from an informative aspect to show the interest in the idea, to present to the high powers. Support your local track and local racing.
If you would, be so kind to comment DRIVER or SPECTATOR in the comments section, so we can show interest from both sides.
The local officials are still ignoring us but they cannot pretend this level of interest does not exist. Keep posting whether you are a driver or a spectator so we can shove these numbers right in their faces.

I use to work in the booth back in the day. A lot of great racing on this track. Hate to see it sit there and waste away.

I would love for racing to come to Scott County on a weekly basis as I would be there every week as a purestock driver!!

Would like to see moto, figure eights , & regular show oval types. Heck even lawn mower racing.
It's a shame the facility goes unused all year & Brownstowns prices have gotten stupid. They need competition.
