The Scotch Plains Fanwood Township Recreation Commission has been promoting great programs for our children by providing activities through out the year. This commission continues to enhance a number of skills that they need to develop through out their growing years. This recreation also provides our kid’s a time to learn from each other through teamwork, sportsmanship, socialization, etc. I am voting for maintaining the Scotch Plains Fanwood Township Recreation Commission.

Please support and share this petition. The Recreation Commission has served the needs of the community well for decades. Given the unsavory political climate our council has been mired in for the past few years, the move to abolish the commission can only be viewed as a political. What's next potentially, the planning board ?
