I cannot ever record a show because they won't record due to not having service. I cannot watch a full show without it going out. Internet we have 25 mgb and I cannot skype or even stream netflix which is my solution to direct tv not working out here. I went from 10 mgbs to 25 mgbs hopping it would fix the problem but we still stream at 2 or 5 normally. It is completely ridiculous and the prices are outrageous. When you do have an issue most of the customer service people are so rude.

The Internet and Direct TV service is the worst . We have had problems for months and nothing is being done about it . Yet you expect payment in full every month on time. We don't get 100% service therefore we should not be paying 100 % of the bill.
