This Petition is raised to address School Assignment for Patterson Ranch community Homes.
When we signed the contract, Initial Disclosures mentioned that schools are unassigned but will be part of FUSD. In later communications/supplemental disclosures buyers are notified school district could be in Newark/Union City. This decision will impact future of our kids, property value of Patterson Ranch community homes and more importantly future sale of homes in this community. We want KB/DR Horton management to have positive dialogue with FUSD and come to conclusion on school allotment with in FUSD.

This is a total mess. We were promised clarity on schools when we bought here and now they are just changing the rules. FIX THIS!!

It is ridiculous the way this issue is bing handled. We would like the developers to take immediate action to resolve this issue.
