Pathetic getting a brigade of teachers to check the uniform is at a suitable standard. what ever happened to (I am me) or individually why can't they focus on what's actually important like our education instead of getting on there high horses about uniform when some people can't afford new trousers or don't fit in to a certain style of trousers everyone is different why can't they accept that.

I find it ridiculous how girls with the same brand trouser as me are okay but mine aren't. Am I too fat to wear these trousers? Shall I lose some weight? I am me. Yeah right. Tight trousers looks better than baggy. There are boys who have tighter than me. I am being inspected and stared at the second I walk into school. I'm sorry that us as females have legs. This is sexist and frankly quite disgusting. My parents have just bought me trousers after I've been wearing jeans for years and you're expecting them to buy more. Well we can't. So when ofsted come and see half the girls in track suits then that's your problem. (Also! Leggings are tight and allowed for PE, they're much more revealing but we can't wear school trousers that fit. Nice one gryphon)

It’s just the same with sixth form, in every other school all pupils have to wear school uniform, not here. If they don’t have to why can’t we

What's the point of having an I am me campaign if you can't even be yourself. They want people to feel comfortable yet the make people feel stupid and self conscious

I think that this petition is perfect my whole time in gryphon was 'you can't wear that' 'you can't have that eyeliner it's to dramatic' etc and in the end I didn't care but that's not the way to go. I'm signing this because it's pathetic that the 'I am me' campaign is up when we can't do that with us bossing us around!

i find this absolutely ridiculous, we should not be forced to wear something we are not comfortable in as it can put us down and less confident with ourselves, they say 'we wish for everyone to be happy' when clearly not. we have this 'i am me' campaign but what they're saying is that we're not allowed to be ourselves and they what is to look smart by wearing baggy trousers? absolutely ridiculous.

At the gryphon school, all of a sudden the teachers have been waiting outside sports hall, hard courts etc looking at girls trousers surely they shouldn't be doing that n there making girls feel uncomfortable in what they wear, my issue is the teachers are more focused on what we look like when we come into school n there not focusing on out education which is more important especially year 11 as GCSE's but no... there want to judge people to how they look every morning
