Brock shows their students that if something horrific happens to them, that two years later they will bring them back and sweap it under the rug. Come on now, we are in 2019.

Brock University is just as disgusting as this man. Brock is showing that they support sexual assault by having David Schimmelpennick return to teaching. I no longer feel proud to call myself a Brock Alumni. Protect your students, not a sexual predator.

Students should be able to have a safe learning environment. Therefore students should have a say if they feel safe with this professor being rehired. If I were going to school there, I'd drop classes before stepping a foot in his classroom.

Students should have a right to feel safe in their learning environment therefore students should have a say if this professor should be aloud back.

I am a Brock alumni and I’m shocked to hear this news. The allegations and media coverage went on when I was still a student there and I’m stunned that Brock still hasn’t dropped him due to already such bad publicity of the university because of him... truly disgusting. Why is Brock protecting a sexual predator? Get your priorities straight. Students needs and safety first always.

I am most disappointed with the university allowing him to return and try to instruct a class, after the mild disciplinary consequences. Two wrongs don’t make a right. The correct actions must take place and he needs to be removed from campus permanently, for starters.
