I love this panel, I have actually purchased 2 one for home, and one for the office, but these small changes would make it so much better, I had several people at work ask me about getting one, but I can recommend it more if these changes were made

You could certainly increase sales with relatively little effort. Very frustrating to know the unit is so capable, but hamstrung by poor software.

UHD not working, the 4k does, I called Sceptre's tech support, they sent me an email to do a firmware update, step by step, and I done this a bunch of times, I don't think it worked, when I try to play Suicide squad 4k, it still says UHD Not supported, please help

The ability to fix the text sharpness for monitor mode in a service or otherwise standard menu and have it save is critical to deciding how to rate my monitor purchase and this brand for customer support.

Please release the much needed and requested firmware as small things like providing updates makes companies flourish! Do the right thing as I have nothing but good things to say about my purchase except the fact that Scepter does not release firmware updates.

Unfortunately with these options unavailable, this set will likely be getting returned and a Seiki taking its place. If this were fixed, this wouldn't be the case.
