We need the service menu settings to save or the issues to be fixed. What cant they just tell us how to save the settings to the EPROM or NVRAM?

These issues causing me to hesitate buying. If I saw a firmware update, I would know the item is getting support and would have pulled the trigger.

This should be a priority, it is definitely something I am in favor for, especially since the ability is there to be able to this. Release an updated firmwire asap.

The biggest bother for me on this TV is the backlight auto adjusting all the time....using as PC monitor and scrolling through webpages. The backlight seems to constantly change.

Yes.. Please release the new firmware.. This TV could potentially be great budget 4K monitor with some of the listed issues fix...

A firmware update will determine if I go for a dual monitor setup or return the one I have.

Please supply a firmware update to allow an increase in font size for the info and guide panels.
